Time clock and timesheets
Crews clock in from their phones, or automatically when they start a job. Overtime and late arrivals are worked out for you at the end of the week.
Time off, covers and pickups

How a job moves

  1. A request comes in

    A customer fills in your request page, or the office adds the job by hand.

  2. You dispatch it

    Drag it onto whoever’s free. The board warns you about overlaps and time off.

  3. The crew works it

    They see the job on their phone, start travel, start work and add photos as they go.

  4. Hours add up on their own

    Time on the job feeds the timesheet, ready for payroll at the end of the week.

Everyone sees what they need

Make roles that match how your shop works, like Lead Tech, Installer or Front Desk, and choose what each one can do: build the schedule, approve requests, manage jobs, see pay. Field staff without a role still see their schedule, their jobs and their own hours.
